Return Policy

1. We at Extraweave aim to make your purchase process as simple & easy as possible. Once a purchase has been made a confirmation mail would be sent to the registered e-mail address of the customer informing them of the scheduled date of arrival.

2. Extraweave will make every effort to carry out deliveries on the given date. Orders would be shipped out within 10 – 14 days with the exception of custom orders which would require 21 days to ship out. Since we offer worldwide shipping, dates of arrival change depending on delivery location. We hope you understand if there is a delay of some sort. In case of a delay in shipping, Extraweave will inform its customers using the registered e-mail address or contact number. Extraweave provides free shipping worldwide, in case of any octroi charges the customer would have to pay directly to the courier company.

3. Extraweave will try to deliver the items to the mentioned address three times, After which Extraweave reserves the right to cancel the order & retain up to 30% of the order amount. The customer hereby agrees that the title of the purchased product changes from ‘ Extraweave Pvt Ltd.’ to the customer’s name once the item is delivered to their doorstep.

4. Extraweave will not accept change of delivery address once the order has been placed. Delivery will be made to the shipping address specified while placing an order.

5. Extraweave will not accept cancellation at the time of delivery on the grounds of inaccessibility to the customers desired delivery location (e.g. doorway too small, insufficient space to maneuver the purchased items through the premises, road inaccessible to delivery van, etc.).

6. In the case of a refund, the refund will be processed to the debit/credit card used by the customer for the purchase after the item s are returned to Extraweave in a condition fit for the item to be resold.

7. Once the items are returned in good condition, refund would take place within 3- 5 working days. Extraweave holds the right to refuse any refund/replacement if items are found to be damaged in any way.

8. We at Extraweave consider customer satisfaction as our utmost priority. In an unfortunate circumstance of any legal dispute arising, the Courts at Alapuzha alone shall exclusive jurisdiction, to the exclusion of all other courts.
